We offer a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Must include original tags and packaging

  • Must provide receipt or proof of purchase

⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Items (Exchange Policy)

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us immediately.

Important Note (Conditions):

  • You must provide clear proof (photos/videos) showing the damage

  • Request must be made within 24 hours of delivery

  • Items without valid proof will NOT be accepted

❌ No exchange will be processed without proper proof

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Personal care goods (beauty items)

  • Perishable goods

  • Hazardous materials or flammable products

🔁 Exchanges

To get a different item:

  1. Return your current item (if eligible)

  2. Place a new order separately

🌍 European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without any reason.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused, with tags & packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • If approved, refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
